Day 407: Sunday

8:55am: I overslept a little last night. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

3:05pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


At 3pm I ate 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.



6:15pm: At 6pm I ate 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


9:05pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
