9:05am: Good morning. Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
12:10pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
11:50pm: At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some green beans.
At 6:15pm I had dinner. Tonight Courtney and I went to this Mediterranean place in Portsmouth and I got Mousaka (eggplant, beef, lamb, bechamel) with some cucumber salad and pumpkin hummus.
At 10:30pm I had a scoop of whey.
