11:35am: Good morning! At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 11:30am I had a 1/2 cup of egg whites with an apple.
Weights:
Squats:
175x4x4 +5lbs from 9/5
Single legged calf raise on leg press: (Switched from seated calf raise)
90x8
140x10 no increase
Glut ham raise:
x6 x6 no increase
So tonight is the home opener for the New England Patriots and you better believe I'll be there! I'll post what I eat while I'm there tomorrow because I probably won't be home until after 1am.
2pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked with 1 tsp of coconut oil, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, red pepper, snap peas, and water cress.
8:10am Friday: At 6:45pm I had steak and a skewer with peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms on it.
