8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 5oz of ground beef with some steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
1:20pm: At 11:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 1pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 1:30pm I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.

5:30pm: At 5pm I had 5oz of ground beef and chicken with some steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, and avocado.
7:50pm: At 7:45pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, and avocado.
10pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey.
