2:25pm: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.

170x5 +15lbs from 8/29
Seated calf raise:
160x8x2 no increase
Glut ham raise:
x6 x6 no increase
At 1pm I had a small tuna sub with pickles, tomatoes, onions, and swiss cheese from Quizno's followed by a chocolate coffee ice cream from Cold Stone. :P
9:25pm: At 6pm I had dinner at a Cuban restaurant. I got pork and plantains with rice and beans.
Right now I'm eating an apple cider donut and a banana frosted donut From Kane's. SO GOOD.
