8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some sauteed peppers.
12:30pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some sauteed peppers.
4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.

9:40pm: At 7pm I had some pork mofongo from Vejigantes in South Boston.
After that I brought my dad to the airport because he had to catch a flight. I managed to snap this on my way out:
At 8:30pm I had an Oreo milkshake from Fuddruckers.
