Day 394: Monday

8:25am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 3oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


12pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast with a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold and some green beans.

4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.

Weights:

Pull-ups:
1 thick orange band
x6 x6 x4 no increase

Deadlift:
290x2x2 +5lbs from 8/26

Hammer curl:
110x6x2 +10lbs from 8/26

10:45pm: The week of bad choices continues! Tonight at 7:45pm I had rice and beans with beef and plantains.
