Day 393: Sunday

12:35pm: Yo! So I stayed in NH last night. This morning at 10am I had an apple, followed with a scoop and a half of whey with skim milk and a grapefruit.

2:25pm: At 12:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 2pm I had my postworkout whey shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
100x6
105x2 +5lbs from 8/24

Lateral raise:
90x6
95x6 +5lbs from 8/24

Barbell shrug:
215x10
225x12 +10lbs from 8/24

Palm-up wrist curl:
55x10
57.5x10 +2.5lbs from 8/24

Knee to elbows:
x15 x10 no increase

Glut-ham sit-up:
x10 x10 no increase

8:45pm: At 5pm I had dinner. Tonight I went to a Puerto Rican restaurant to celebrate a family friend's birthday. I got mashed plantain with pork and rice and beans.
