12:30pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of ground beef with some steamed cauliflower.
4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 35g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
