Day 420: Saturday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


12:10pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


9am Sunday: At 2:55pm yesterday I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
90x5x2 no increase

Lateral raise:
35x6x2
40x6 +5lbs from 9/21

Barbell shrug:
255x10x2 +5lbs from 9/21

Palm-up wrist curl:
40x6
42.5x6 +2.5lbs from 9/21

Knee to elbows:
x14 x12 no increase

At 7:30pm Courtney and I had dinner in South Boston. I got mofongo with rice and beans.


After that we went out for a friend's 21st birthday. I had one beer and ended up at home at around 1am.
