Day 417: Wednesday

8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

12:30pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.

4:35pm: At 3pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

170x1 no increase

Incline bench:
145x4

145x2 no increase

Dips:
x6 x6 x6 +4 overall from 9/18

7:40pm: At 7:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


9:30pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
