Day 411: Thursday

11:30am: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Weights:

Squats:
180x4
185x4x2
190x4 +15lbs from 9/12

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
150x10
155x10 +15lbs from 9/12

Glut ham raise:
x6 x8 +2 reps overall from 9/12

3:05pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


6:45pm: At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some green beans.


9:45pm: At 9:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
