8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
1:30pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

9:30pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey.
