8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
12:05pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
3:30pm: At 3pm I had a MRP protein shake.
6:40pm: At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked with a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold and some steamed cauliflower.
9:15pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
