Day 353: Tuesday

8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini for breakfast.


12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.

5:25pm: At 2:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4:05pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 45g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.

8:20pm: So today is my birthday and my mom made me a filet mignon wrapped in bacon with a mushroom, onion, and KerryGold butter sauce. I served everything with some steamed broccoli. The steak weighed 6.2oz.


10:10pm: So Courtney made me a watermelon 'cake' with a coconut cream frosting, topped off with almonds, strawberries, kiwis, and blackberries. Had a little more than I should have but it was so good!
