12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey protein.
4:40pm: At 2:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4:05pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 40g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
