8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini for breakfast.
12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.
4:30pm: At 2:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 3:45pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:20pm I had 45g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
