8:15am: Good morning! right now I'm eating 1 egg, 1/2 cup of egg whites, and 1/2 of an avocado.
1:10pm: At 12:50pm I had 2.3oz of chicken thigh, 1 egg, some steamed broccoli, and some cucumber.
4:30pm: At 3:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.
7:15pm: At 6:45pm I had dinner. I had 5oz of ground beef with some sauerkraut and steamed broccoli.
11pm: At 9:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.
