8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs, 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, and some steamed broccoli.
12:05pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake.
4:45pm: At 2:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4:10pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:40pm I had 50g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
