8:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with 1/2 of an avocado.
12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.
3:10pm: At 3pm I had 3.1oz of ground beef, 1 egg, and some steamed broccoli.
5:55pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of ground beef over some steamed brussels sprouts.
10:30pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.
3:10pm: At 3pm I had 3.1oz of ground beef, 1 egg, and some steamed broccoli.
