8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed zucchini.
12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey/casein.
4:35pm: At 2:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
