9:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3.1oz of ground beef with an egg and some steamed zucchini.
12:25pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake.
3:05pm: At 3pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey/casein.
6:25pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of ground beef with some steamed broccoli and a miniature cucumber.
11pm: At 9:15pm I had a whey shake.
12:25pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake.
3:05pm: At 3pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey/casein.
6:25pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of ground beef with some steamed broccoli and a miniature cucumber.
11pm: At 9:15pm I had a whey shake.
