Day 343: Saturday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed zucchini.


12pm: Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini.


4pm: At 2:45pm I had 1 scoop of whey with 1/4 of a scoop of DCG.
At 3:20pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 3:50pm I had 30g of white rice with 1/2 cup of egg whites.


Weights:

Palm-up wrist curl:
40x10x3

Dumbbell shrug:
190x10
200x10

Lateral raise:
85x6
90x6

Rear delt:
110x6
115x2

Overhead press:
95x6 

7pm: Right now I'm eating 6oz of sauteed ground beef with some steamed broccoli. The scale says 5oz but I added another oz after the picture.


9:30pm: Right now I'm having a whey shake.
