8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm having 2.6oz of chicken thigh with some steamed broccoli and .5 tbsp of coconut aminos for breakfast.
12:20pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.
9:45pm: At 3:50pm I had 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini.
For dinner tonight I made sausage, peppers, and onions. I wanted to make something that I could eat with my foreign exchange students. Even though I didn't put everything in a sub roll like they did, it was really good. I had two sausages and I ate at 7pm.
