2:55pm: At 11:05am I had my post workout whey shake.
At 11:35am I had 60g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.

Hanging knee raise:
5lb ankle weights
x20 x20 +9 reps overall from 7/4
Double legged toe raise on leg press:
340x15x2
So today I weighed in just shy of 185lbs, up another 2lbs. Yeah, I really need to get my head on straight.
At 2:40pm I had 4.8oz of chicken thigh with some steamed brussels sprouts, .5 tbsp of coconut aminos, and .5 tsp of coconut oil.
8:40pm: At 5:50pm I had dinner. I had 4.8oz of chicken thigh with some steamed green beans and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
9pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
