8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with 1/2 of an avocado.
12:05pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of leftover chicken thigh with some steamed zucchini.
4:45pm: At 2:45pm I had one scoop of whey with 1/4 of a scoop of DCG.
At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
So my workout kind of sucked today. I wasn't really feeling like myself, I think my crappy weekend (dietwise) has kept my head in a funk.

9:30pm: At 7:30pm I had dinner. Tonight I had 5oz of sauteed beef with some tomato and onion, some steamed broccoli, a bit of avocado, and some lettuce.
Right now I'm having a scoop of whey/casein before bed.
