12:05pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken thigh with some steamed broccoli.
3:10pm: At 3:05pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
6:05pm: Right now I'm having 5oz of chicken thigh with some peppers, onions, and 1/2 of an avocado.
9:05pm: I just got back from picking up 2 of our foreign exchange students from the airport. My mom made burgers so I grabbed a patty with nothing on it and ate it. It weighed 2.5oz.
9:45pm: Right now I'm having a scoop of whey/casein.
