8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey casein.
3:25pm: At 1:30pm I had a scoop of whey with 1/4 of a scoop of DCG before I went to the gym.
At 2:50pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 3:20pm I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
9am Sunday: What a night... So I went to a friend's cookout and had some food and beers, then went out to celebrate his 21st birthday. Some drinks were had.
