Day 334: Thursday Weigh In

11:20am: Good morning and Happy Independence Day! At 9:45am I had 1 scoop of whey with 1/4 of a scoop of DCG.

Weights:

Squats:
185x6x2 no increase

Leg press:
420x5
420x6 +10lbs from 6/27

Hanging knee raise:
5lb ankle weights
x16 x15 +4 reps overall from 6/27

Double legged toe raise on leg press:
320x15
340x15 +30lbs from 6/27

Today I weighed in at 183lbs, that's up 2lbs from last week. Maaaaaaaaaan, I want to blame anything but myself but I know it's 100% my fault.


At 11am I had my post workout whey shake.

11:40am: At 11:30am I had 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 35g of white rice.

1:35pm: I'll be going to Courtney's house for a cookout around 2pm so I'll post my food later on. 

8:05am Friday: So yesterday, I had some spinach pie at Courtney's at around 2:30 then at around 4:30 I ate some steak with onions and tomato, chicken, beans, and coleslaw. Then at around 6 I had some apple pie with ice cream and some cookies. Needless to say, I didn't TOUCH any food for the rest of the night.
