8:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed green beans.
12:10pm: Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed broccoli.
4:40pm: At 2:30pm I had 8oz of coffee with 1 scoop whey and 1/4 scoop of DCG.
At 4pm I had my post workout shake.
At 4:35pm I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
