8:20am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli for breakfast.
12:15pm: Right now I'm eating 4.1oz of chicken thigh with some sauteed cabbage.
2:30pm: Today instead of taking my usual Animal Rage preworkout, I decided to have some coffee. So I had 8oz of cold coffee with 1 scoop of whey and 1/4 scoop of DCG.
4:50pm: At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.

9:05pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1/2 a scoop of whey.
