8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed broccoli.
12:05pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
4:40pm: At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 40g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
