8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed broccoli. The reason I'm eating a little more food for breakfast is because I'm going to be fasting until 2:45pm today, so I wanted to have a little more food in me before I started.
11:45am: Right now I'm having a 1/2 serving of BCAA's.
1:15pm: I just finished my BCAA's.
2:50pm: Right now I'm eating 4.1oz of chicken thigh with some zucchini and .5 tsp of coconut oil.
5:45pm: Right now I'm eating 4.7oz of leftover chicken thigh with some steamed broccoli.
9pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey/casein.
11:45am: Right now I'm having a 1/2 serving of BCAA's.
1:15pm: I just finished my BCAA's.
