8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs cooked with .5 tsp of coconut oil with some steamed broccoli.
12:05pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey/casein.
4:35pm: At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
