Day 316: Sunday

8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm having 4.2oz of leftover beef from the stuffed peppers I made with 2.2oz of leftover pastrami/corned beef from yesterday's lunch, some red pepper, and a pickle. The reason I'm eating more meat than usual is because I'm trying to try to fast between 12-3 and see how my body responds. 




12pm: I just had 1/2 of a serving of BCAA's and I'll have the other 1/2 at around 1:30pm.

1:30pm: I just finished the rest of my BCAA's.

3:05pm: Right now I'm eating 4.1oz of beef with some red pepper, summer squash, and zucchini.


6:15pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of beef 1 egg, 1/4 of an avocado, some red pepper, zucchini, and summer squash.




10pm: At 9:15pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey/casein.
