Day 315: Saturday

2:25pm: Ok so today I went to Brookline to visit a family friend who was visiting from Chicago. We went to a delicatessen and ate at around 12:15pm. I didn't eat anything before that. I got a pastrami and corned beef sandwich, definitely couldn't finish the whole thing so I'll be eating the meat later tonight for dinner. I also got banana bread that they had.


My meal times are going to be a little weird today because of how I ate earlier.

4:40pm: I just got back from the gym. I'm still toying around with what workouts will be a permanent part of my 4th day. No post workout nutrition today, my stomach still feels like garbage.

Weights:

Palm-up wrist curl:
30x10
35x10x2 +10lbs from 6/8

Dumbbell shrug:
140x10
150x10 +10lbs from 6/8

Rear Delt:
90x6
95x6 +10lbs from 6/8

Lateral Raise:
80x10x2

Overhead press:
70x6
85x6

Hanging knee raise:
x15 x15 no increase

9:20pm: I still haven't eaten anything up until now. Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of Syntrax Matrix protein. It's so good, it tastes like an orange creamsicle!
