8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs cooked with 1 tsp of coconut oil and some steamed zucchini.
12:05pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
2:55pm: Right now I'm eating 4.7oz of chicken drumstick meat stir fried with some broccoli and .5 tbsp of coconut aminos.
7:15pm: At 7pm I had a beef stuffed red pepper with some roasted zucchini and summer squash. Each red pepper had between 4-4.5oz of beef in it.
10:55pm: So I went to Salem tonight with Claude and CJ. Totally didn't plan on having ice cream, but I did. Shame on me.
