Day 313: Thursday Weigh In

11:40am: At 11:05am I had my post workout whey shake.
At 11:35am I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.


Weights:

Squats:
187.5x6
190x4 +2.5lbs from 6/6

Leg press:
400x6
405x6 +15lbs from 6/6

Hanging knee raise:
x15 x12 +5 overall from 6/6

Double legged toe raise on leg press: (New exercise)
270x12x2 no increase

So today's weigh in went pretty damn good! I made it down to 180lbs, finally! Now I just need to get to around 175lbs. The reason I want to get down to 175 is because I'm going to DC this summer and probably won't be able to maintain my current dietary schedule.


3:05pm: Right now I'm eating 3.3oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some leftover brussels sprouts, 1/2 of an onion, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.


8:40pm: So at around 4:15pm I went to the Salem Farmer's Market with Courtney and boy did I enjoy myself. I had some dark chocolate, a cookie, and a shortbread bar. Needless to say, I haven't eaten anything since.

9:15pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
