8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with 1 tsp of coconut oil and some steamed broccoli.
12:05pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
4:40pm: At 4:15pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
Today was my second day of my German Volume routine.
