Day 311: Tuesday

8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli.

  
11:55am: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

3:10pm: Right now I'm eating 4.6oz of chicken breast cooked in 1 tsp of coconut oil with some sauteed kale and .5 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette.



5:50pm: Right now I'm eating an omelette with 2 eggs, 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, with some peppers and onions.

  
9:05pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
