8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli.
12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1/2 of a scoop of whey.
4:30pm: At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 35g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.

Deadlift:
295x1 +5lbs from 6/3 I felt a pull in my right shoulder when I was going for my second rep so I decided it was best to not injure myself.
Barbell curl:
120x6x2 no increase
7:20pm: Right now I'm eating 4.2oz of leftover chicken breast with some sauteed kale and onion and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette.
