Day 309: Sunday

10am: Good morning! Today for breakfast I took a leftover stuffed pepper, emptied out the beef which weighed 3.6oz, cut up the pepper, heated it up with leftover vegetables, then covered it all with the beef.


1pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

4:10pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of leftover beef with red pepper, summer squash, and zucchini.


7:20pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of grilled chicken breast with some sauteed bok choy.



9:30pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
