Day 306: Thursday Weigh In

11:35am: Good morning! At 11am I had my post workout whey shake.
At 11:30am I had 33g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.


Weights:

Squats:
185x6
187.5x6 +2.5lbs from 5/30

Leg press:
390x6x2 +10lbs from 5/30

Hanging knee raise:
x10 x12 no increase

Today we scratched seated calf raises from my Thursday routine. I'm going to be adding a 4th workout day to my routine that focuses on my calves, traps, and forearms. I'll be starting that this Sunday.

Today was another successful weigh in despite all of the food I ate on Saturday. I weighed in at 183lbs today, down 3lbs from last Thursday. Gotta keep it up!




3pm: Right now I'm eating 3.5oz of chicken drumstick meat stir fried with some broccoli and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.



6pm: Right now I'm eating some sauteed kale with 3.2oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette, and 1 tsp of coconut oil.


 9:10pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
