8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
12:05pm: I just had 1/2 of a protein MRP shake with 1 tsp of coconut oil.
4:40pm: At 4:05pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 33g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites and I completely forgot to take a picture of it.
Today at The Unit we decided to try a German Volume training routine of sorts with my bench. It started off as a normal day but I could only lift 150lbs twice, which was down 2 reps from my last set last week. German Volume routines usually do 10 sets of 10 but we tried 10 sets of 4-6.

I was pretty worn out by the time I was finished. I usually get DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) around a day after my workouts but I was getting soreness towards the end of my routine today.
7:40pm: For dinner tonight I baked chicken drumsticks and steamed brussels sprouts. My chicken portion is 4.4oz.
9:45pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
