Day 303: Monday

8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 2 egg omelette with some sauteed zucchini.


12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake. 

4:45pm: At 4:10pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:40pm I had 33g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.


Weights

Lat pull down:
Straight bar
175x6x2 +2.5lbs from 5/26
V bar
170x6x2 +5lbs from 5/26

Deadlift:
285x6
290x6 +7.5lbs from 5/26

Barbell curl:
120x3
120x4 (I think I was drained from my deadlifts) no increase

7:30pm: I ate dinner at 7:10pm. Tonight I made sauteed kale with 4.1oz of chicken breast, .5 tsp of coconut oil, and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette.


10:15pm: At 9:30pm I had a MRP protein pudding with .5 tsp of coconut oil.
