Day 302: Sunday

8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli.


12:10pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake. 

4:10pm: At 3:20pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1/2 scoop of whey protein. 

6:35pm: At 6:25pm I had 3.8oz of chicken breast with some sauteed kale and raw red pepper. I put mustard on the chicken.



9:05pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
