8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli. I cooked the eggs in .5 tsp of coconut oil.
12:40pm: At 11:45am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with .5 tsp of coconut oil.
3pm: At 2:45pm I had 4.8oz of chicken breast with some sauteed zucchini.
5:50pm: Right now I'm eating an omelette with 2 eggs, 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, and some sauteed peppers and onions.
9:05pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
