Day 267: Sunday

7:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

12:05pm: Right now I'm eating 3 eggs, some steamed summer squash, and raw arugula and spinach.


3:30pm: Right now I'm eating the same thing I ate 3 hours ago! 3 eggs, steamed summer squash, and raw arugula and spinach.


7:25pm: At 7:05pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made pan seared salmon with roasted brussels sprouts and served everything with some raw spinach and arugula. My salmon portion was 5.3oz.
