Day 263: Wednesday

11:35am: Good morning! At 10:55am I had my post workout whey shake.

Right now I'm having an omelette with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites with 40g of rice.


Weights:

Bench:
139.5x6
140.5x5 +2lbs from 4/17

Incline bench:
117.5x6
117.5x4 +1.5lbs from 4/17

Overhead dumbbell press:
35x5x2 +5lbs from 4/17

Dips:
Thin pink band
x5 x2 no increase

In other news, my sample pack from EPIC came in today. They are grass fed, 100% organic snack bars. I got three different flavors and I'm so excited to try them, I think I'll have one tomorrow after my workout.


2:40pm: Right now I'm having 5oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some sauteed broccoli, arugula, spinach, and some garlic/onion/parsley/tomato.


5:45pm: Right now I'm having 4.8oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some steamed brussels sprouts for dinner.



9:15pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
