8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some zucchini I fried in .5 tsp of coconut oil with some raw arugula/spinach.
1:15pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake.
4:35pm: At 4:05pm I had my post workout shake.
Right now I'm eating 40g of white rice with a can of tuna and .5 tsp of coconut aminos.
